Synergy believes equality is meaningless when children are deprived of the basic right to education. We have initiated numerous programs to enable children not only access right to education but also have worked towards paradigm shift from the conservative approach to a modern approach of education.
We trust that quality education can be life transforming. It can help live a life with respect and dignity. We focus on empowering students and helping them understand and reach their full potential. We also work toward making them self-sustainable and independent for a better tomorrow.
NURTURING FUTURES
SIF education programs are working in diverse sectors, making children knowledgeable and skilled in different sectors, especially agriculture. Besides, we endeavor to make them kind, compassionate, and sensible for humanity and the environment.
SIF strongly believes that every child should have access to quality education irrespective of class, creed, gender, religion and caste. Under our programs we focus on the following:
- Organizing door-to-door awareness campaigns to sensitize the parents about the need to enrol children, particularly girls and school drop-outs in schools.
- Helping parents understand the need to educate their children, including girls, to secure their future and the future of many generations.
- Putting the poor children in the orbit of higher education and career advancement
Our strong belief is that every child must be in school and should have access to quality education. We enrolled a large number of children in the government run welfare hostels with a view to keep them in a safe and secure environment, so that they can focus on their studies. We engage with parents, communities, and civil society organizations to fulfil the educational aspirations of poor children.

We partnered with the Government’s Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Program to promote universal elementary education across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Over 10,000 children were reached out in our endeavour to advance social justice and equality through access to universal education.

Synergy India Foundation contributed Rs 30.60 lakh towards construction of two storied buildings for the Government’s Girls and Boys High schools at Trimulgherry, Hyderabad, in 2009. Computer labs, libraries, science laboratories, office rooms etc., facilities were provided in both boys’ and girls’ institutions and are being well maintained.
