Programs
Synergy India Foundation’s programs focus in the areas of health, education, environment and sustainable livelihoods. Good health and quality education is the fundamental need to build a happy and prosperous nation. Health and education are also the keys to realizing sustainable livelihood opportunities; thereby eradicating poverty, and addressing gender inequity.
Government schools of India have the largest number of enrolments, and it is especially so in the rural regions of India. It is also observed that most communities dwelling at the bottom of the pyramid, send their children to government institutions for education; and therefore, to empower these communities and in order to help them gain equitable opportunities; education and wellness are two important tools as well as means. Studies suggest that futuristic empowerment is possible when people’s health and learning challenges are addressed through resilient program design and execution. SIF does this by working closely with government, corporate and communities; through the projects discussed in the ensuing pages of this document.
As of November 2022, more than 350,000 underprivileged children have directly benefitted through the interventions of SIF’s collaboration with Government of Telangana and Government of Andhra Pradesh, alongside the persistent support from corporates, philanthropists and well-wishers who have been causative towards SIF’s growth in scale and impact
